I keep getting random likes on my post about beets.
Okay fine. I went back and read it and I said if anyone liked it I would post my scale every day in the morning.
Whenever I do that, I tend to control my food intake better and I stop being fat. So I guess it’s time to do that again.

I wish I could stop being fat too. I’m trying those met-rx shakes on the weekends so I don’t snack all day. It’s semi-working.
