
This is the average number. I was at 219 last night before bed. My lowest day last week was 214 and change.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the weight drops back if I eat most of my food earlier in the day, a light dinner makes a difference. We’ll see what happens today.
I heard this once:
Eat like a king at breakfast
Eat like a prince at lunch
Eat like a pauper at dinner
Sounds like great advice. Wish my body would go along with it 😀 I can barely eat a mouthful for breakfast these days…
