Bigger progress this week. Guess a few 12-hour shifts and a cold will really get things moving.
Not shocking since I had a day off. Still a general downward trend.
12 hour day yesterday, light dinner…it’s almost like I’ve been eating too much and avoiding a scale.
Nothing drastic, been down with a cold the last two days, it’s beating me up.
This is the average number. I was at 219 last night before bed. My lowest day last week was 214 and change.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the weight drops back if I eat most of my food earlier in the day, a light dinner makes a difference. We’ll see what happens today.
I keep getting random likes on my post about beets.
Okay fine. I went back and read it and I said if anyone liked it I would post my scale every day in the morning.
Whenever I do that, I tend to control my food intake better and I stop being fat. So I guess it’s time to do that again.
